Selecting Homes to Tour
This is a self-guided tour of eight homes. Your ticket purchase will include a Tour Brochure, which provides a map of all event locations, the free shuttle route, and a detailed description of each home on the tour. There will be peak periods of visitors, but expect to spend about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to leisurely complete the tour.
The Tour Brochure is your admission ticket into each home. At each home, homeowners and tour volunteers will be present to answer questions.
Upon receiving your Tour Brochure, take some time to become familiar with the homes and their locations, and then plan your route.
Plan Your Route
In some cases, the homes and hospitality venues are grouped so that you can park centrally and walk to more than one house. Free shuttles will operate for the duration of the tour. They can supplement your walking endeavors, and can reduce your need to drive.
Refreshments and Restrooms
Hospitality Houses offer complementary refreshments and the use of their restroom facilities. Your Tour Brochure will identify these locations.
Safety and Other Considerations
Most of the homes have two stories. Tour volunteers will be present to assist. Smoking, food, and beverages are not permitted in the homes or on their properties. Please refrain from taking still or video photography.
