After The Storm

Residents of Old NE - Many of you have been lucky in the aftermath of the storm, but many of our residents are unsure of what steps to take next if they are without utilities or have other unsafe conditions. Below are some contact numbers for services that will help get back to a normal lifestyle:

For Downed Power Lines or Power Outage Updates, please call Duke Energy at 1-800-228-8485

For Downed Trees, Downed Street Lights, or Debris Pickup, please contact the City of St. Petersburg Citizen Info Center at 727-893-7111. Also, go to there website about debris removal curbside: stpete.org/emergency/hurricane_center/sanitation_and_debris_collection

Police Non Emergency number 727-893-7780 - BEWARE, there are lots of scam artists taking advantage of the situation, claiming to be with the power company or with tree removal companies. These people are not their representatives, nor are they licensed or insured. If someone approaches you who is suspicious, please report them asap to the Police Non-Emergency line.

Regular Trash Pickup and Recycling will resume Tuesday, September 12. But if you need to reach the sanitation department, please contact 727-893-7398.

You can always report issues via the city's app SeeClickFix. Including photos will help them to address the severity of the issue. Or go to their website to log a problem: http://www.stpete.org/action-center.php
